Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP)

Mind Dojo is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) to provide medical care within their integrated mental health and wellness model. The provider will support whole-person health by integrating medical care with psychiatric and wellness services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and medical assessments
• Diagnose and manage medical conditions impacting mental health
• Prescribe medications when appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers
• Support integrative treatment plans
• Maintain compliant documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary case collaboration

• Active FNP or AGNP license in Pennsylvania
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Board certification in specialty
• Strong clinical judgment
• Interest in integrative or holistic care
• Collaborative team mindset
