Spravato® (Esketamine Therapy)

An FDA-approved treatment for treatment-resistant depression administered under medical supervision.

What Is Spravato® (Esketamine Therapy)?

Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal ideation. It works differently than traditional antidepressants — targeting the NMDA receptor system to help restore neural connections that depression has disrupted.

At Mind Dojo, Spravato® is administered in a certified clinical setting under direct medical supervision. Every session follows a strict REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) protocol. This isn't an alternative treatment — it's a rigorously regulated, evidence-based option for people who haven't responded to conventional approaches.

Available in person at our Monroeville (3623 William Penn Hwy) and Irwin (8958 Hill Dr) locations. Call or text (412) 899-1402.

If you or a loved one is in immediate danger or may cause harm, call 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
