Adult Reset & Rebuild Program

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Structured outpatient treatment providing comprehensive mental health and addiction support while allowing clients to maintain daily responsibilities.

What Is the Adult Reset & Rebuild Program?

Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who need more than weekly therapy but don't require inpatient care. It's a structured, clinically rigorous program that meets multiple times per week — providing the intensity needed for real progress while letting you maintain your work, family, and daily life. As ASAM Level 2.1 care, IOP is one defined level along the continuum of treatment, suited to specific clinical needs.

The program combines group therapy, individual sessions, psychoeducation, and skill-building in a supportive environment led by licensed clinicians. Whether you're managing a mental health condition, working through addiction recovery, or navigating a difficult season — IOP provides the scaffolding to stabilize and move forward.

In person at our Monroeville (3623 William Penn Hwy) and Irwin (8958 Hill Dr) locations, and virtually across Pennsylvania. Call or text (412) 899-1402.

If you or a loved one is in immediate danger or may cause harm, call 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
