Trauma & PTSD Treatment

Specialized therapy designed to help individuals process trauma and build long-term emotional stability.

What Is Trauma & PTSD Treatment?

Trauma doesn't just live in your memories — it lives in your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily responses to the world. Effective trauma treatment requires more than talking about what happened. It requires targeted, evidence-based interventions that help your brain and body process what they've been holding.

Our trauma-trained clinicians use EMDR, somatic approaches, and trauma-focused CBT to help clients move through — not around — their experiences. Whether it's a single traumatic event, complex developmental trauma, or PTSD from military service, first responder work, or interpersonal violence — we meet you where you are.

In person at our Monroeville (3623 William Penn Hwy) and Irwin (8958 Hill Dr) locations, and virtually across Pennsylvania. Call or text (412) 899-1402.

If you or a loved one is in immediate danger or may cause harm, call 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

Specialized EMDR for Trauma

For trauma that keeps pulling you back, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your mind reprocess and file difficult memories where they belong. Our EMDR work is guided by Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Vasinko, MA LPC EMDRIA-C, our EMDRIA-certified clinician.
