These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of minddojo.com and any digital services operated by Mind Dojo ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational Content Only
The content on minddojo.com is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. Reading this site does not establish a clinician-client relationship.
Neither does submitting a form, requesting an appointment, booking a session, or messaging us through the site. A clinician-client relationship begins only when you have completed intake and entered into a treatment agreement with a licensed Mind Dojo clinician. Until then, please do not rely on this site — or on any response from us through it — as clinical guidance for your situation.

This Site Is Not a Secure Clinical Channel
Forms on this site are embedded from a third-party platform, and ordinary email is not encrypted. Please do not send detailed clinical information, substance use history, or other sensitive health details through this website or by email. Tell us enough to reach you and to understand the kind of support you're looking for — the rest belongs in a clinical setting, where it is protected as part of your record.
Information you choose to submit through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email at the contact details you provide.
Requests, Scheduling & Insurance
Submitting an inquiry, intake, or booking request is a request — it does not by itself create, confirm, or guarantee an appointment, admission to a program, or acceptance as a client. Clinical appropriateness and availability are determined by our team, and some services may not be a fit for every person.
Any statement about insurance — including a benefits check or an estimate we share with you — is a courtesy verification, not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Coverage is determined by your plan and carrier, and you remain responsible for amounts your plan does not cover. Participating plans and program availability can change without notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use minddojo.com only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
- Attempt to access areas of the site not made publicly available.
- Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others.
- Copy, scrape, or republish site content without permission.

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including our contact and intake forms, appointment booking, the chat widget, embedded maps, analytics, donation and scholarship pages operated by The Mind Society, and external mental-health resources. Mind Dojo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third party.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link or embed is not an endorsement, and listing an external crisis or support resource does not mean we supervise or are responsible for the care it provides.
No Warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or current at any given time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Dojo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Pennsylvania Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
