Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Mind Dojo seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric care and lead innovative services including their Spravato treatment program.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose mental health conditions
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Develop treatment plans aligned with integrative care
• Lead and manage the Spravato treatment program
• Monitor patients during treatment sessions
• Coordinate care with therapists and wellness providers
• Provide psychoeducation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Manage crisis assessments in clinical settings

Clinical Focus:

• Psychopharmacology
• Integrative psychiatry
• Ketamine-based therapies
• Collaborative mental health care

• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP license
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Board certification as PMHNP-BC
• Experience in psychiatric medication management
• Ability to work in a high-volume clinical environment
• Strong patient-centered communication skills
• Interest in holistic psychiatry
