Mind Dojo seeks an early-career clinician (LAPC or LSW) interested in developing clinical skills within a supervision-rich interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Apply evidence-based therapies
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and wellness staff
• Participate in clinical supervision
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation
• Engage in continuing professional development

Evidence-Based Modalities include:

• CBT
• DBT
• EMDR
• ACT
• Motivational Interviewing

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current LAPC or LSW credential
• Strong foundational clinical skills
• Interest in integrative and holistic therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Growth-oriented mindset
