Psychotherapist (LPC or LCSW)

Mind Dojo seeks a fully licensed therapist (LPC or LCSW) to join their integrative wellness practice. The clinician will maintain an independent caseload and contribute leadership within the therapy team while practicing in a holistic care model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry an independent caseload of individual, group, and/or family therapy clients
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Maintain high-quality and compliant clinical documentation
• Provide mentorship and consultation to associate-level clinicians
• Collaborate with medical staff for coordinated care
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education

Therapeutic Modalities Used:

• CBT
• DBT
• EMDR
• ACT
• Trauma-informed approaches
• Somatic and body-based approaches
• Mindfulness and mind-body integration
• Expressive and creative therapy modalities

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Full unrestricted LPC or LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Interest in holistic or integrative therapy
• Strong clinical judgement and collaboration skills
